The Titan™ T300 Cone Crusher model utilizes 300 horsepower with a maximum feed size of 11” and throughput capacities from 119 up to 462 mtph making the T300 ideal for secondary and tertiary circuit positions in mining, aggregates, crushed stone production and recycling applications.
With a small footprint, the T300 can easily replace existing cone crushers yet provide high production with product size and shape that meets your operation’s needs.
Available in both stationary and portable configurations, the T300 can be used in series with our Hydra-Jaw stationary jaw crusher or the Tel-Trax 3258 jaw crusher track plant.

Uncrushable materials pass through the large clearing circuits safely and quickly and the fewer number of cylinders reduces maintenance costs.
Telsmith patented anti-spin system prevents head spin to extend manganese life. An automatic reset feature with no shear bolts in the assembly requires no parts replacement or repair time.

Patented hybrid bearings improve both static and dynamic lift. This design allows crushing at lower horsepower because improved lift helps carry the crushing forces better than roller bearing machines. Hybrid bearings replace conventional socket, socket liner, and head ball design with a simplified washer and ramp design, for increased service life and quick, easy maintenance and replacement.
